Me and the email system are not getting along too well these days. First I keep having problems with my connection and server for the email. It appears that my server is rationing me. Occassionally I get an email, never 2 at a time, sometimes they are a couple of days old, but then perhaps the server is looking out for my best interests and making sure that I always have something new to read when I log in? But then again, that would take artificial intelligence… and that sends my imagination into overdrive, perhaps there is some mean man sitting up at Onetel HQ eyeing each email as they come by. Perhaps I should blame him.

More likely I’m just not receiving any. The only variable I can play with to increase my incoming mail is to sign up to all sorts of crap mailing lists – that will guarantee an increase in junk mail. But as many of you know, junk mail aint all that it’s cracked up to be!

No. Me I would prefer letter style email. From people I know. People I care about. People who are due to answer some of my emails!
