I started a course today at the YWCA on spiritual healing. In fact, when I signed up it was called ‘Aromatherapy’, but after our first lesson and discussion of the goals and content, it was decided that ‘Spiritual Healing’ was a more apt title.

Today we learnt how to regulate our Brow, Stomach and Heart Chakras. It was kind of cool. We learnt how to use our hands to channel or redirect energy to areas that require healing, and the results were quite interesting and varied. Everyone had slightly different experiences, from seeing colours, to burning hands – it was quite incredible – or a load of codswallop! All depending on your beliefs and feelings regarding spiritual healing….
