Fuschia folly

Most of my projects are coming along nicely. Photography, excellent. Web site, fine. Organisation, keeping up. Competitions, picking up. Restaurant surveying, consistant. All except for the most important… health slash weight slash fitness. The score on this one = POOR. It’s not ‘fine’, not even ‘consistent’ just plain old ‘pathetic’. I need to switch that little switch in my head that says “Ok. Enough is enough. Let’s go!”. Anyway, unless you have suggestions on sure-fire motivation tactics, which if you do please email me, I’ll move onto more interesting topics.

Here is a picture of my finished knitting project. Michelle’s christmas present. To go with her orange furry Kangol beany she bought in Rome….

I know what you’re thinking. Orange and Fuschia? Well normally I’d agree, but we are talking about Michelle here and nothing less than the brightest two colours on the planet will do!

  1. Hiya, have come over via MadKnits. I like your knitting and I L-O-V-E your travel photos. Have only looked at Scottish ones so far, they are amazing.
Your scarf looks good and although I don’t know the recipient who likes bright colours, I do think those colours work together.

  2. You’re totally right! It’s perfect for Michelle! I’m sure she will enjoy it! Perfect for her next rave! :)

And keep up the good work ! And for your weight/fitness : begin with small things and keep doing them (take the stairs, park the car farther than usual and walk, cut sugar, etc.)
