The Fat Duck

I’ve just found a cause for my earnings at my “very part time” job.

Dinner at the Fat Duck. It’s quite a newsworthy restaurant, headed by a chef with no formal training or qualifications – Heston Blumenthal.

The guy is amazing. The restaurant received it’s third Michelin Star in January – and with things on the menu like oyster and passionfruit jelly – I’m sure we’ll have a lot to talk about!
